This Qajar brass kashkul features an oval-shaped body adorned with intricate engraved panels of Persian script and scenes of musicians, dancers, and warriors. The surrounding floral arabesque motifs create an ornate backdrop to the figural designs. The vessel is further embellished with two applied looped handles, each crafted with lattice detailing, positioned on either side. The rim is encircled by engraved calligraphic inscriptions
